When Mick Cummins joined the force in 1976, he couldn't possibly imagine the circumstances that would lead him to retire from the job 30 years later. When Mick was 19 years old, terms like 'mental health' and 'well-being' weren't part of the conversation. Mick was exposed with confronting situations on a daily basis and this is the story of how these memories have remained with him to this day.
